Rewire Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rewire app (“Rewire”, “we”, “our”, or “the app”). By downloading or using Rewire, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Rewire is an educational self-help app designed to help you reduce or quit pornography use and rebuild healthier habits, through guided exercises, breathing tools, a daily card course, urge-management tools, and streak tracking. Rewire is provided for educational and self-improvement purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, clinical, or professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not be relied upon as such. If you have health concerns, please consult a qualified professional.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Rewire. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. No Advertising

Rewire contains no third-party advertising. Some features require a subscription, as described below.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

Rewire offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Weekly and Yearly). Exact prices are shown in the app and are charged to your Apple ID account.
The Weekly plan may include a free trial (e.g., 3 days). Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Your subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Settings > Subscriptions after purchase.
Payments are handled by Apple. Refunds are subject to Apple’s policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with its operation, or using it in violation of any applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

The app, its content, design, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Recovery outcomes vary from person to person, and we make no guarantee of any specific result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

本使用条款（”条款”）规范你对 Rewire App（”Rewire”、”我们”或”本 App”）的使用。下载或使用 Rewire 即表示你同意本条款。

Rewire 是一款教育性自助 App，旨在帮助你减少或戒除色情内容的使用、重建更健康的习惯，提供引导式练习、呼吸工具、每日卡片课程、冲动应对工具与连续天数记录。Rewire 仅供教育与自我提升之用，并非医疗、心理、临床或专业的建议、诊断或治疗，不应作为此类用途的依据。如有健康方面的疑虑，请咨询合格的专业人士。

你必须年满 16 岁才能使用 Rewire。使用本 App 即表示你确认满足该年龄要求。

2. 无广告

Rewire 不含任何第三方广告。部分功能需通过订阅使用，详见下文。

3. 订阅与付费

Rewire 提供自动续期订阅（按周与按年）。具体价格在 App 内显示，并通过你的 Apple ID 账号收取。
按周方案可能包含免费试用（如 3 天）。购买订阅时，未使用的免费试用部分将作废。
除非你在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续期，否则订阅将自动续期。续期费用将在当前周期结束前 24 小时内收取。
购买后，你可在 Apple ID 设置 > 订阅中管理或取消订阅。
付款由 Apple 处理。退款受 Apple 政策约束；我们无法直接退款。

4. 可接受的使用

你同意不滥用本 App，包括不得尝试逆向工程、破坏或干扰其运行，或以违反任何适用法律的方式使用本 App。

5. 知识产权

本 App 及其内容、设计与商标归我们或我们的许可方所有，受法律保护。我们授予你有限的、非独占、不可转让的许可，仅用于个人、非商业目的使用本 App。

6. 免责声明与责任限制

本 App 按”现状”提供，不附带任何形式的保证。康复效果因人而异，我们不保证任何特定结果。在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因你使用本 App 而产生的任何间接、附带或后果性损害，我们概不负责。

7. 条款变更

我们可能会不时更新本条款。变更生效后继续使用本 App 即表示接受修订后的条款。
