Rewire Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Rewire app (“Rewire”, “we”, “our”, or “the app”) handles your information. Rewire is built to be private by default.

1. No Account; Your Personal Data Stays on Your Device

Rewire does not require an account or login. Everything you create in the app — your streak, start date, pledge, onboarding answers, reflections, and progress — is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to, or stored on, any server we own.

2. Anonymous Analytics & Crash Reporting — No Ads

Rewire contains no advertising. To fix bugs and understand which features actually help, we use Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, which collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (such as which screens are viewed and which features are used) and crash diagnostics. This data does not include the personal content described in Section 1, is not linked to your identity, and is processed by Google acting as our service provider. We do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA), we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell or share your information. Because no advertising or cross-app tracking takes place, the app shows no App Tracking Transparency prompt.

3. Subscriptions

Subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive your payment details. Apple may provide us with anonymized, aggregated information about subscription status so the app can unlock Pro features. This is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

4. Notifications

Notifications are optional and off by default. If you enable reminders, they are scheduled locally on your device. We do not send push notifications from a server.

5. Data Deletion

Because your data lives only on your device, you are always in control. Using “Clear local cache” in the app, or deleting the app, permanently removes your data. There is nothing stored on our servers to delete.

6. Children

Rewire is intended for users aged 16 and older (rated 16+) and is not directed to young children. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under 13.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Your personal recovery data stays on your device — you can view or permanently erase all of it at any time using “Clear local cache” or by deleting the app. The only data we receive is the anonymous, aggregated analytics and crash diagnostics described in Section 2, collected on the legal basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the app; it is not used to identify you. 8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

本隐私政策说明 Rewire App（”Rewire”、”我们”或”本 App”）如何处理你的信息。Rewire 默认即注重隐私。

1. 无账号；个人数据仅存于你的设备

Rewire 无需账号或登录。你在 App 内产生的一切——连续天数、起始日期、誓言、引导测评答案、反思与进度——都仅存储在你的设备上，绝不会传输到、或存储在任何由我们拥有的服务器上。

2. 匿名统计与崩溃报告——无广告

Rewire 不含任何广告。为了修复缺陷、了解哪些功能真正有用，我们使用 Google Firebase Analytics 与 Firebase Crashlytics，收集匿名、聚合的使用统计（如浏览了哪些页面、使用了哪些功能）与崩溃诊断信息。这些数据不包含第 1 条所述的个人内容，不与你的身份关联，由 Google 作为我们的服务提供方处理。我们不使用广告标识符（IDFA），不会跨其他 App 或网站追踪你，也不会出售或分享你的信息。由于不存在广告或跨应用追踪，App 不会弹出 App 跟踪透明度（ATT）授权框。

3. 订阅

订阅购买完全由 Apple 处理。我们不会获取你的支付信息。Apple 可能向我们提供匿名化、聚合的订阅状态信息，以便 App 解锁 Pro 功能。这受 Apple 隐私政策约束。

4. 通知

通知为可选项，且默认关闭。若你开启提醒，提醒将在你的设备本地排程。我们不会从服务器推送通知。

5. 数据删除

由于你的数据仅存在于你的设备上，主动权始终在你手中。在 App 内使用”清除本地缓存”，或删除本 App，即可永久移除你的数据。我们的服务器上没有任何可删除的内容。

6. 儿童

Rewire 面向 16 岁及以上用户（分级 16+），不面向儿童。我们不会在知情的情况下收集任何人（包括 13 岁以下儿童）的数据。

7. 你的权利（GDPR / CCPA）

你的个人戒色数据始终保存在你的设备上——你可随时使用”清除本地缓存”或删除本 App 来查看或永久删除全部数据。我们唯一会收到的，是第 2 条所述的匿名、聚合的统计与崩溃诊断数据，其收集依据为我们维护与改进 App 的正当利益，且不用于识别你本人。若你身处欧盟/英国（GDPR）或美国加州（CCPA/CPRA），就你的数据有任何请求，可通过 xiezg8888@outlook.com 联系我们。我们不出售、不分享个人信息。

8. 政策变更
