TransLens Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the TransLens iOS application (“TransLens”, “the app”, “we”, “our”). By downloading or using TransLens, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TransLens for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/).
2. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
- TransLens offers auto-renewable subscriptions (TransLens Pro) on a weekly and yearly basis. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency.
- Where a free trial is offered, it automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer or decompile it, use it for unlawful purposes, or submit content that infringes the rights of others.
4. Translation Accuracy
TransLens provides machine and AI-assisted translations for convenience. Translations may contain errors and should not be relied upon for legal, medical, financial, or other critical decisions. You use translations at your own risk.
5. Third-Party Services
TransLens uses third-party services (including cloud translation and analytics providers) that operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
6. Intellectual Property
TransLens, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by us and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or branding.
7. Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

本服务条款（”条款”）规范你对 TransLens iOS 应用（”TransLens”、”本 App”、”我们”）的使用。下载或使用 TransLens 即表示你同意本条款；若不同意，请勿使用本 App。
1. 许可
在遵守本条款及 Apple《许可应用最终用户许可协议》（https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/）的前提下，我们授予你一项个人的、非独占、不可转让、可撤销的许可，供你个人非商业使用 TransLens。
2. 订阅与自动续期
- TransLens 提供自动续期订阅（TransLens Pro），分为周与年两种，价格在 App 内以你的当地货币显示。
- 如提供免费试用，除非在试用结束前至少 24 小时取消，否则将自动转为付费订阅。
- 除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续期，订阅将自动续期；Apple 会在当前周期结束前 24 小时内扣费续订。
- 费用通过你的 Apple ID 账号扣取。购买后可在 App Store 账号设置中管理或取消订阅。删除 App 不会取消订阅。
3. 可接受使用
你同意不滥用本 App、不对其进行逆向工程或反编译、不将其用于非法用途，也不提交侵犯他人权利的内容。
4. 翻译准确性
TransLens 提供机器及 AI 辅助翻译，仅为便利之用。翻译可能存在错误，不应作为法律、医疗、财务或其他关键决策的依据。你需自行承担使用翻译结果的风险。
5. 第三方服务
TransLens 使用第三方服务（包括云端翻译与分析服务商），其各自依其条款与隐私政策运作。我们不对第三方服务负责。
6. 知识产权
TransLens（含其设计、标识与软件）归我们所有并受适用法律保护。本条款不授予你对我们商标或品牌的任何权利。
7. 免责声明
本 App 按”现状”与”现有”提供，不附带任何明示或默示的保证，包括适销性、特定用途适用性及不侵权。
8. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，对于你使用本 App 所产生的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害，我们概不负责。
9. 终止
若你违反本条款，我们可暂停或终止你的使用权限。你可随时停止使用本 App。
10. 条款变更
我们可能会不时更新本条款。”最后更新”日期反映最新版本。变更生效后继续使用即表示接受。
