Persona Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Persona (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) handles information when you use our iOS application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about the data we process. By using Persona, you agree to the practices described in this policy. We do not require you to create an account or sign in.
1. Information We Process
1.1 Your Test Answers and Results
The questions you answer and the personality results we compute (such as MBTI-style type, Big Five, Holland, intelligence and fun tests) are processed and stored on your device. We do not upload your answers or results to our own servers.
1.2 Device and Usage Information
We and our service providers may process:
- Product interaction data — feature usage and in-app events, used for analytics to improve the app.
- Crash and diagnostic data — to detect, diagnose, and fix problems.
- Device model, OS version, and approximate region / device locale.
These are processed via Google Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics).
1.3 Advertising and Tracking
Persona is free to use and certain features are supported by advertising. Free users see ads served by Google AdMob.
- For free users, we may ask for your permission to track via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you allow tracking, Google AdMob may use your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) to deliver and measure personalized ads.
- If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized. The app remains fully functional.
- Subscribers see no ads and are not subject to ad tracking.
1.4 Photo Library (Optional)
If you choose to save a result share card, we add the image to your Photos. We only request “add” access, and only when you tap save; we never read your existing photos.
1.5 Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not require you to create an account.
- We do not ask for your name, email, contacts, or precise location.
- We do not sell your personal data.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide your test results and core app features.
- Deliver and measure ads (free tier) and manage your subscription (paid tier).
- Understand how the app is used and improve its features and stability.
- Detect and fix crashes and technical problems.
3. Third-Party Services
Persona relies on the following third-party services, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:

4. Subscriptions
Persona offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Persona Pro). All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account; we do not receive or store your payment information. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
5. Data Retention
- Your test answers and results stay on your device and are removed when you clear them in the app or delete the app.
- Analytics, crash, and advertising data are retained by the respective third-party providers according to their own retention policies.
6. Your Choices
- Test answers and results are stored locally on your device. You can delete them at any time within the app, and they are removed when you delete the app.
- You can control ad personalization through the ATT prompt and your device’s privacy settings.
7. Children’s Privacy
Persona is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
8. International Users
Persona is available globally. By using the app, you understand that your information may be processed by our third-party service providers in countries other than your own, under the protections described in their respective privacy policies.
9. Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted network connections, to protect information in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

1. 我们处理的信息
1.1 你的测试作答与结果
你回答的题目以及我们计算出的人格结果（如 MBTI 类型、大五人格、霍兰德、智力与趣味测试等）会在你的设备上处理与存储。我们不会将你的作答或结果上传到我们自己的服务器。
1.2 设备与使用信息
我们及我们的服务供应商可能会处理：
- 产品交互数据 —— 功能使用与 App 内事件，用于分析以改善 App。
- 崩溃与诊断数据 —— 用于侦测、诊断及修复问题。
- 设备型号、系统版本，以及大致地区 / 设备语言。
以上通过 Google Firebase（Analytics 与 Crashlytics）处理。
1.3 广告与追踪
Persona 可免费使用，部分功能由广告支持。免费用户会看到由 Google AdMob 投放的广告。
- 对免费用户，我们可能会通过 Apple 的”App 追踪透明度”（ATT）弹窗征求你的追踪许可。若你允许追踪，Google AdMob 可能会使用你设备的广告标识符（IDFA）来投放并衡量个性化广告。
- 若你拒绝，你仍会看到广告，但为非个性化广告。App 功能不受影响。
- 订阅用户不会看到广告，也不受广告追踪。
1.4 相册（可选）
若你选择保存结果分享卡片，我们会将图片添加到你的”照片”。我们仅在你点击保存时请求”添加”权限，从不读取你已有的照片。
1.5 我们不会收集的信息
- 我们不要求你创建账号。
- 我们不会索取你的姓名、电子邮件、通讯录或精确位置。
- 我们不会出售你的个人数据。
2. 我们如何使用信息
- 提供你的测试结果与核心功能。
- 投放并衡量广告（免费版）以及管理你的订阅（付费版）。
- 了解 App 的使用情况，并改善其功能与稳定性。
- 侦测并修复崩溃及技术问题。
3. 第三方服务
Persona 依赖下列第三方服务，各服务皆依其各自的隐私政策处理数据：

4. 订阅
Persona 提供自动续期订阅（Persona Pro）。所有购买均由 Apple 通过你的 App Store 账号处理；我们不会接收或存储你的支付信息。你可在 Apple ID 账号设置中管理或取消订阅。
5. 数据保留
- 你的测试作答与结果保留在你的设备上，在你于 App 内清除或删除 App 时移除。
- 分析、崩溃与广告数据由相应第三方服务依其各自的保留政策保留。
6. 你的选择
- 测试作答与结果存储在你的设备本地。你可随时在 App 内删除，删除 App 时也会一并移除。
- 你可通过 ATT 弹窗及设备的隐私设置来控制广告个性化。
7. 儿童隐私
Persona 不面向 13 岁以下（或你所在地区的相应最低年龄）的儿童。我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。若你认为某位儿童向我们提供了信息，请联系我们以便采取适当措施。
8. 国际用户
Persona 面向全球。使用本 App 即表示你了解你的信息可能由我们的第三方服务供应商在你所在国家/地区以外处理，并受其各自隐私政策的保护。
9. 安全
我们采用行业标准措施（包括加密网络连接）保护传输中的信息。没有任何传输或存储方式是绝对安全的，但我们会努力保护你的信息。
10. 政策变更
我们可能会不时更新本隐私政策。更新时会修改上方的”最后更新”日期。变更生效后继续使用本 App 即表示接受更新后的政策。
